Café the 6BT offers only vegan food that uses no animal-sourced ingredients.
We do not use artificial flavorings or refined white sugar, and our concept is to make you healthy and beautiful from the inside of your body with the food that draws out palatability of vegetables and natural ingredients fully.
About ramen
Using special preparation, we made our original wheat flour noodle of café the 6BT to have the same texture and flavor of regular wheat flour noodle.
About soup
For the base of the soup, we use konbu (kelp) of Hokkaido's Rausu, shiitake mushrooms cultivated on the bed wood from Shizuoka and enokidake (velvet shank) grown in the source water in Shinshu, adding several vegetables of our choice to slowly boil it to create the same flavorful and deep taste of the soup made of animal foodstuffs.

Using a special juicer for the cold, low pressure pressing method to avoid destruction of nutrition by friction heat and such, they are quality juices with maximized nutrition vegetables and fruits have. They have various effects of enhancing immunity, revitalization, anti-aging and detoxification, etc. As they are low in calories, they are good for dieting as well! Drinking them as a meal, you can cleanse the inside of your body.
Our organic coffee beans are the best coffee beans of the world. Valuing the uniqueness of each production area, coffee sommeliers of America Coffee Association selected only the best beans. For all other drinks besides coffee, we value organic growing and healthiness, and seek palatability and easy 'drinkability'.
